Can I put an ecological urn in it underground?

Yes, Second Life Forest ecology urns are accepted. If you have an ecological urn and want to put it in the ground, you must provide your advisor with the characteristics of the urn. Do I need to buy an urn for burial?

No, we prefer natural planting according to our proposal of a rooting ritual accompanied by symbolic and significant gestures inspiring so many of our customers. If you want the ashes to remain in a container, it will be possible as long as the urn is 100% biodegradable and traceable. Please note that we offer urns that meet these criteria, please discuss this with your family counsellor.

Do we have a warranty on the tree?

As an option, the possibility of taking out a 5-year warranty following the planting of a tree on your concession is offered. In the event of the death of a tree, we offer several options to the concession manager depending on the status and evolution of the tree in its forest zone. It is important to note that a dead tree is a significant contribution to biodiversity. It plays a crucial role in the ecosystem by being home to birds, insects, fungi, and plants. It is a second life that nature offers us.

Can I find my lot without the app?

To find the location of the lot, we recommend that you refer to one of our advisors who will be happy to help and support you. An electronic tablet is also available for this purpose.

Does the safe have to be public?

Basically, all the vaults are public, you also have the option, for a fee, to make it private giving access to the selected people.

Are there maintenance fees for cemetery sites?

Yes, the fees depend on the service and the dealership chosen. The maintenance costs will be used to control the vegetation, in order to allow access to the commemorative sites and to ensure the sustainability and beauty of the site. In addition, a portion of the sum is allocated to maintaining IT support, updates and maintaining the digital cloud. Currently, the monthly payment varies from 0$ to 10$/month billable every 2 years and this sum is frozen for the first 10 years. Please ask one of our advisors for more details.

What happens if you stop paying monthly fees?

Failure to pay the fees, for a period of 60 days, will result in the deactivation of access to the commemorative cloud and your right to have the ashes interred without further notice or delay. In order for the commemorative cloud and your right to have the ashes buried again, overdue payments will have to be paid.

What are the terms of payment?

We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Except for pre-arrangement contracts, accepted methods of payment are debit cards and bank transfers.

Is the aquamation method accepted in your cemetery?

What is aquamation

Aqulamation, or alkaline hydrolysis, is a method of disposing bodies that uses water, heat, and alkaline (usually potash or caustic soda) to break down organic tissue. This process is presented as an ecological alternative to traditional cremation, as it consumes less energy and does not emit air pollutants. After aquamation, only the bones remain, which are then reduced to powder, similar to ashes after a cremation, and returned to the family.

Can you cut the tree on my funeral home?

No, no tree cutting is allowed on the ground. When the lot is purchased, an environmental protection easement is registered. However, in some cases, we need to do interventions on the trees to ensure their growth.

Can the safe contain information from several members of a family?

Can I access the cloud from home?

Can I choose the location of my lot?
