Yes, Second Life Forest ecology urns are accepted. If you have an ecological urn and want to put it in the ground, you must provide your advisor with the characteristics of the urn. No, we prefer natural planting according to our proposal of a rooting ritual accompanied by symbolic and significant gestures inspiring so many of our customers. If you want the ashes to remain in a container, it will be possible as long as the urn is 100% biodegradable and traceable. Please note that we offer urns that meet these criteria, please discuss this with your family counsellor.
As an option, the possibility of taking out a 5-year warranty following the planting of a tree on your concession is offered. In the event of the death of a tree, we offer several options to the concession manager depending on the status and evolution of the tree in its forest zone. It is important to note that a dead tree is a significant contribution to biodiversity. It plays a crucial role in the ecosystem by being home to birds, insects, fungi, and plants. Yes, the fees depend on the service and the dealership chosen. The maintenance costs will be used to control the vegetation, in order to allow access to the commemorative sites and to ensure the sustainability and beauty of the site. In addition, a portion of the sum is allocated to maintaining IT support, updates and maintaining the digital cloud. Currently, the monthly payment varies from 0$ to 10$/month billable every 2 years and this sum is frozen for the first 10 years. Please ask one of our advisors for more details.
Failure to pay the fees, for a period of 60 days, will result in the deactivation of access to the commemorative cloud and your right to have the ashes interred without further notice or delay. In order for the commemorative cloud and your right to have the ashes buried again, overdue payments will have to be paid.

De plus, une assurance-vie importante a été souscrite sur la tête du fondateur au bénéfice de l'entreprise afin de lui garantir un capital substantiel et préserver sa stabilité financière en cas d'événement imprévu.
Afin de protéger ses opérations et de soutenir sa mission auprès des familles au fil du temps, la Forêt de la seconde vie a mis en place des mécanismes financiers solides, notamment une assurance-vie importante souscrite sur la tête du fondateur. La bénéficiaire de cette assurance est l'entreprise elle-même, ce qui garantit l'injection d'un capital substantiel pour assurer la stabilité financière de l'organisation en cas de pépin.
Le terrain bénéficie de protections juridiques et environnementales permanentes : Une servitude de conservation est inscrite au Registre foncier. Elle demeure juridiquement attachée au terrain, peu importe qui en sera le propriétaire futur. Le site est reconnu comme une Autre mesure de conservation efficace (AMCE), ce qui lui offre un cadre de protection environnementale durable et renforcé.
Les activités de la Forêt de la seconde vie sont encadrées par les lois et les autorités compétentes du secteur funéraire. L'entreprise s'inscrit dans un cadre juridique rigoureux garantissant le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et la protection des droits des familles.
