It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of André Coulombe on August 14, 2026, at the age of 68.
André, a big-hearted man who was deeply loved by all, leaves behind his beloved wife Shelley, his son Simon, his godson Jean-François (Stéphanie), as well as his grandnephew William and grandniece Olivia. He also leaves to mourn his entire family, relatives, and many friends who had the precious joy of sharing his life and who will remember him as a warm, radiant person who was always in good spirits.
The family will receive relatives and friends on September 19, 2026, starting at 1:30 p.m., at the Forêt de la Seconde Vie (835 Ch. de l’Achigan, Sainte-Sophie, Quebec, J5P 2P9). A commemorative ceremony will take place outdoors in a natural setting. For your comfort, we invite you to wear footwear suitable for natural terrain so that everyone may comfortably share in this moment of remembrance.
The family thanks you from the bottom of their hearts for your presence, support, and all the sweet memories you will share in his memory.

The Forest of the Second Life is a Ecoforest cemetery; an alternative solution to traditional funeral homes that allows you to contribute to the creation of forests, in tribute to the memory of your loved ones and for the benefit of future generations.
We are up to date The only location in Quebec, among all those who have the necessary authorizations for the burial of the ashes, to have added to our project a forest conservation easement to ensure, forever, the preservation and protection of the forest.
Our alternative funeral services allow you to pay tribute to your deceased by allowing them to dedicate their second life to the benefit of the next generations. The reforestation initiative The Second Life Forest makes it possible to capture up to 175 tons of carbon from the atmosphere each year.
