Diane Lapointe
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Diane Lapointe on September 28, 2026, at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital. She is survived by her nieces Chantale and Sylvie, her nephew Richard, her niece-in-law Karine, her two dear friends Mariana and Lyette, as well as many other friends.
A moment of reflection will be held on October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Forêt de la seconde vie, located at 835 chemin de l’Achigan Est in Ste-Sophie.
On this occasion, she will be rooted beneath an American linden tree, a symbol of peace and living memory, as well as frankness and loyalty. This tree will carry Diane’s presence and grow as a lasting testament to her love and strength.
In memory of Diane, those who wish to express their sympathy may make a donation to the Breast Cancer Foundation to support their mission.
The Forêt de la seconde vie is an eco-forest cemetery set in the heart of nature; therefore, we invite our visitors to dress and wear footwear appropriate for the weather forecast on the day of the event.
