François Routhier
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of François Routhier on March 3, 2026, at the age of 72.
He is survived by his daughters Annie (Alexandre L'Abbé) and Dominique (Luc Drapeau), his grandchildren Alice, Amélia, Dahlia Ocean, and Elliot-Sky, his brothers Michel (Carol), Jacques (Lucie), Patrick (Helena), and Gilles (Nathalie), his partners France, Guylaine, and Nicole, as well as many other family members, friends, and former colleagues.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 9, at 2:00 p.m. at the Forêt de la Seconde Vie, located at 835 Chemin de l'Achigan Est in Sainte-Sophie. The moment of reflection will be followed by the scattering of his ashes in the serene woodland, honoring his deep love for nature and his wish to return to it.
Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors.
