It is with emotion that we celebrate the departure of Jean-Jacques Lévesque.
On September 13, starting at 3 p.m., his family will gather to put their ashes at the foot of a sugar maple tree.
This symbolic gesture is part of the beauty of our second-life forest, a place where nature and memory come together. The tree will grow while carrying its memory, offering a living and soothing continuity.
Throughout the seasons, this maple will become a silent witness to its passage, and a lasting legacy for those who love it.

The Forest of the Second Life is a Ecoforest cemetery; an alternative solution to traditional funeral homes that allows you to contribute to the creation of forests, in tribute to the memory of your loved ones and for the benefit of future generations.
We are up to date The only location in Quebec, among all those who have the necessary authorizations for the burial of the ashes, to have added to our project a forest conservation easement to ensure, forever, the preservation and protection of the forest.
Our alternative funeral services allow you to pay tribute to your deceased by allowing them to dedicate their second life to the benefit of the next generations. The reforestation initiative The Second Life Forest makes it possible to capture up to 175 tons of carbon from the atmosphere each year.
