It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Josée on May 13, 2026.
She leaves to mourn her beloved husband Marcel, her daughter Arianne, and her son Vincent. She also leaves to mourn her brothers Martin and Benoît, her parents Monique and Jean-Guy, as well as many family members, friends, and loved ones who will remember her as a loving, luminous, and joyful person.
A moment of remembrance will take place on September 27, 2026, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., at the Forêt de la seconde vie.
On this occasion, the family has chosen to plant a tree, a symbol of peace and living memory. This tree will carry Josée’s presence and will grow as a lasting tribute to her love and strength.
The family wishes to sincerely thank everyone offering their support and comfort during these difficult times.
She will remain forever in our hearts.
In memory of Josée, those who wish to do so may express their sympathy through a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society to support research and advancement.

The Forest of the Second Life is a Ecoforest cemetery; an alternative solution to traditional funeral homes that allows you to contribute to the creation of forests, in tribute to the memory of your loved ones and for the benefit of future generations.
We are up to date The only location in Quebec, among all those who have the necessary authorizations for the burial of the ashes, to have added to our project a forest conservation easement to ensure, forever, the preservation and protection of the forest.
Our alternative funeral services allow you to pay tribute to your deceased by allowing them to dedicate their second life to the benefit of the next generations. The reforestation initiative The Second Life Forest makes it possible to capture up to 175 tons of carbon from the atmosphere each year.
